The application is designed for viewing Land Records (Jamabandi and Shajra Nasb (Genealogy Tree)) for any Revenue Estate in Himachal Pradesh. Users have the ability to access plot maps for villages where the digitization of plot maps has been completed. The application allows users to view Jamabandi records based on Khewat, Khatoni, or Khasra Number, as well as provides access to Shajra Nasb information. To retrieve metadata for a selected combination, users must select a specific Jamabandi DOR for a village and use the "Get Basic Data" button, requiring an internet connection at that time.

Users are able to search the family tree or genealogy tree by name within the application. Owner names are searchable in Unicode Hindi characters, as all information is stored in Devnagri script in the Unicode character set in the back-office application. Once accessed, all land records are automatically saved in the "Saved Records" option for convenient retrieval.

Landowners have the option to link their Aadhaar Number with their land record accounts in Himachal Pradesh. The application offers a feature to search Land Records using seeded Aadhaar Numbers. By utilizing this functionality, users can retrieve all records associated with the owner's seeded Aadhaar number and view them as needed.
